Production Time

Because each item is created specifically for you, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

During high-volume periods (including holidays and major sales), production times may be longer.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times begin after production is complete.

Standard Shipping:
Estimated 3–5 business days after production
Economy Shipping:
Estimated 5–7 business days after production

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, location, or seasonal demand.

During holidays or peak shopping periods, production and shipping times may be extended due to increased demand. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.

Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Delivery Issues

Threads & Thirst is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
